Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to develop engaging content, grow our online presence, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or retail industries and possess strong content creation and social media management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with the brand identity.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Produce and edit high-quality videos and visual content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
- Analyze content performance and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and content strategy.
- Experience working within the beauty, fragrance, fashion, or retail industry.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content editing tools.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Monday – Friday
