Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as Team Lead – Business Advisory & Documentation (AM–DM). The successful candidate will provide strategic business advisory support, oversee documentation governance, and ensure operational excellence across business functions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory support to internal stakeholders and business units.
  • Lead and manage documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and enhance documentation frameworks, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, recommend solutions, and support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate governance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor documentation quality and maintain proper records management practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance and productivity targets.
  • Prepare management reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Banking, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Business Advisory,
  • Documentation Management, Risk Management,
  • Operations, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
  • Experience within the banking or financial services industry will be a distinct advantage.
