Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain banking applications and digital solutions.

Requirements

Junior-Level Candidates

• 2–3 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, IT support, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of programming concepts, databases, or technical support processes.

Mid-Level Candidates

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
  Strong expertise in software development, systems administration, networking, or DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent are advantageous.

Senior-Level Candidates

• Minimum of 6 years of leadership or specialized technical experience.
• Proven expertise in software engineering, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, project management, or enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and SQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
