Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Graphics Designer with expertise in motion graphics and AI-powered content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that strengthens brand visibility, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances audience engagement across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling visual assets for social media, websites, digital advertisements, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and AI-generated video content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Optimize designs and multimedia content for various digital and print platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI creative tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute innovative ideas that improve visual storytelling and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong professional portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered design/content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Experience in UI/UX design and videography will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
- This is a fully onsite role.
- Candidates residing within or close to Iyana Isolo, Lagos, will have an added advantage.
