About the Program
Telmek Energy Solutions Limited is seeking ambitious, innovative, and motivated engineering graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. This structured development program is designed to equip young professionals with practical industry experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills required to excel in the energy and power sector.
Successful candidates will participate in rotational assignments, technical training sessions, project-based learning, and mentorship opportunities while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical and professional development programs.
- Support engineering and operational teams in project execution and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the design, analysis, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and operational updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business and engineering decisions.
- Adhere to all company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CAD software, or other engineering design tools is an added advantage.
