Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦320,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and smooth operation of assigned facilities. Key duties include:

• Supervise daily facility operations to maintain safe, efficient, and functional working environments.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
• Plan and oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs involving electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, generators, and other facility equipment.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, relevant statutory regulations, and applicable ISO standards.
• Identify potential operational challenges and propose measures to improve facility efficiency and performance.
• Respond to equipment failures, maintenance complaints, and other facility-related emergencies.
• Prepare regular reports covering maintenance activities, facility performance, expenses, and resource usage.
• Keep comprehensive records of inspections, repairs, incidents, maintenance schedules, and facility expenditure.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that contractors and maintenance teams meet established service standards and deadlines.
• Manage maintenance budgets, equipment, supplies, and inventory to control operational costs.
• Coordinate and supervise facility personnel, including technicians, cleaning staff, security officers, and other support workers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) or an equivalent qualification as specified by the employer.
• Have between two and five years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate facility operations, maintenance activities, and service providers effectively.
• Possess good organizational, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦320,000.
