Job Title: Community Representative

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• As a Community Representative, you will be responsible for driving foot traffic and enrollment at our NudgeHub™ locations, promoting our comprehensive healthcare services in underserved populations.
• This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference and not afraid to engage directly with communities to build relationships and drive impact.
• You will develop and execute community outreach strategies to drive enrollment and engagement at NudgeHub™ locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND / Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Must be based in either Epe, Bariga, Alaba, Ikorodu, Balogun Market or environs.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, community outreach, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence community stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
