Job Description
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates must have proven success in both B2B and B2C sales and a strong passion for innovative consumer technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and modern retail partners.
- Drive B2C sales across retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and affiliate networks.
- Work together with the marketing group to put successful sales initiatives into action.
- To find fresh chances, keep an eye on competition activity and market trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure seamless after-sales service and client support.
- Deliver persuasive product pitches, presentations, and client negotiations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across multiple sales channels.
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
